Take Route 90 West (Massachusetts Pike). Exit the Pike at exit 14,
Route 95/128 North. Take Exit 27A, Totten Pond Road, and stay right at the end
of the exit. Turn sharply right at the end of the exit ramp onto Third Avenue.
Follow Third Avenue past the Westin Hotel to 230 Third Avenue, the City Point
